it's not too severe just a couple of pimples, try salicylic acid and rinse your forehead often, since you have a fringe it can easily sweat there that's why you have so many pimples just on your forehead

I would say don't stress any extreme measures while you are still young, just change your hair and wash it every day so the oils don't build up, silk pillows, acne treatment and regular face care, and cut down your sugars/stress.

Got this from Greece idk if it’s good tho, I’ve tried like 10 different cleansers and sacylic acid and nothing worked

might just be angles but your left side is much wider than your right.
flex both of your jaw muscles and use ur fingers to feel which one is bigger. if your right side is smaller, then chewing on that side might help to fix some of the asymmetry. this doesn't help much, but it helped make my jaw asymmetry less obvious.
