I just dont really know what to do at this point i have a lonh face and the only thing i can think of is a marpe but i dont know if its worth getting
Also im like a ltn max so i have a bunch of other flaws so any help would be apriciated

Get better skincare dye your eyebrows and eyelashes also use minoxidil to grow them. Get MarPe if you qualify it'll be worth it. Use hydrocortisone on your nose there's other stuff you can do idk if you wanna hardmax tho
