Okay maybe I am bad at english numbers but the docter said he is going to be 188cm(I am still growing I am only 15) but my dad is 175cm and my mom 165cm so or its cope or my 12yr old brother is going to be a genetic anomaly becouse w were the same height when I was idk 12 and he 9

deep sleep and running idk tho im 18 and 5'10 vv sad i cant get to 6 feet . if you want to hgh. You have time left i used to think im pretty tall till i got to college. honestly 5'7 to 6 is plausible.

Make sure to eat a lot of protein and calcium, also keep good posture and decompress your spine, other than that just sleep
