Hey, I’m new on here. Can you please tell me what is “wrong” in my appearance and what can i improve (preferably no surgeries)? Im not wearing any makeup.

ur biggest flaws are ur eye area since it appears u lack much of the bone below to support them giving u a dead look
also im not sure if its the camera but it seems like ur head is too tall compared to its width

yeah infras look recessed, but I think her major falio is her chin/lower third. long philtrum, comparatively short chin, and chin seems to lack projection. also lips are short horizontally. not much you can do about any of that except chin projection, with an ortho. for her fWHR, she could mask her forehead with her hair ig.

for infras just the basic stuff. hydration, increase collagen, get enough sleep, etc, to reduce the appearance of tear trough/eyebags.

for infraorbital recession there's a lot u can do, most popular are orbital rim implants and fat grafting I think. if u ever decide to get something done make sure to do ur own research and check extensively with the medical professionals.

for chin and maxilla, I can't say, you should defo see an ortho about that. but from the mirror pic ur fWHR actually looks fine, getting something done on that would be gigalow roi.

For the softest of maxxes: get bangs, maybe layers as well. try some sort of plumper for your upper lip.
