This is why I know no one knows what the fuck they are saying. You got a wide range of ratings here. No one is able to agree on a single rating. It's preference. Fuck you got someone calling him a HTN and then you got someone calling me a HTN when it's clear there's a pretty drastic difference between me and him in rating. Personally speaking he's a 6 to 5 right now. With potential to be an 8 out of 10

But at the end of the day potential means Jack shit. There's no way we can sit here and predict his cap. That's up to him and his effort to get there.
