I need to work on my skin and get a better haircut, other than that, what do you guys think i should do?

I see some potential, but you aren’t 9/10 though lol.

I would recommend using a retinoid such as adapalene to get rid of the acne.

take good care of your health, drink water, eat real food, work out

style your hair differently and remember curly hair needs hydration

have good posture and mew

debloat and lose face fat

You could also consider rhinoplasty (nose job)

right now a 5.5 or 6, you have good potential
