In your opinion how much more cm potential could i get with regular sprinting?well diet isn't going to help much. if your posture isn't already good fix that, if you still want to more height stretches, sprints can get you the extra cm you need
depends if your growth plates are still open, They generally close at your age. And once its closed no amount of exercise or diet will help you grow. Looking to do it fully naturally and I have alot of time on my hands to do the basics such as sleeping early.

a friend of mine told me how he trained long jumping and high jumping in general and became 6cm taller in 1 year, he obv also got a problem with the knee but he said its going away after you'll stop growing
also hanging for 25 secs for 3 times every day would help
also a good diet full of protein, calcium, zinc and collagen is necessary
aside of this also add 100 meter sprints for 3 times in a day for atleast 3 times a week
doing this you could probably reach 180cm by 18-19
