18f rate me + advice

my philtrum is way too long so i septum fraud and my lips are microscopic. other than potential lip filler and/or a lip flip, nose job, etc what can i do to improve my looks (procedures, softmaxxing, etc)? should i kick the stool? i already have jowls at 18 due to fucked facial structure and i suspect dynamic chin ptosis

1. do i take the septum out? pics with and without septum (+ false lashes)
2. what procedures can be done for my chin? it juts out when i smile, laugh, talk, etc. currently have braces and am missing my lateral incisors (will get implants when 21)

get aqualyx, lip filler, take out septum (or downsize with a shorter diameter), dye hair, and nose job. i can’t tell if ur maxilla is recessed or not im too retarded

the septum js depends on what kind of ppl u wanna attract imo
other than that idrk abt the stuff u were asking abt tbh but i noticed ur lashes r rlly long from the side but dont curl up much in the front, maybe next time u do them u can experiment w new styles!

what color should i dye my hair?
i’ve had my septum at a smaller diameter but it doesn’t do as good of a job at hiding my long ass philtrum

anything darker than what you have, don’t do an unnatural color or especially blonde it will wash u out. actually ya u don’t have to change the septum i think whats throwing it off is it being black
