I think your need a fully rhino
Tipplasty would be what you are referring to but youd also need to shave a bit off your nose since your nose is extremely wide from the front not only the bottom but the full length

Yeah ik my nose is fucked it looks so bad all the time the only reason i even started working part time is to get it fixed its a huge insecurity

honestly I don't think there is much space for softmaxxes now.
the hair, eyebrows, eyes and face fat are looking good and on point. the only thing I can percieve that you can improve is the skin quality.
try out some beard also, maybe it can look good too; maybe fuller eyebrows if u can do smth about it
