18m I’m curious if the black pill has any merit to it, but I don’t know where to start.

I’m a student, so I have a negligible budget, and I’m only interested in softmaxxing - at least for the foreseeable future.
I’m mostly looking for what I can improve facially: skincare, hair care, and facial exercises. Currently, for hair care, I use shampoo and conditioner alongside minoxidil. Skincare, I have Cetaphil face wash.
My hair’s pretty difficult to style, so I don’t, and it often dries out. My skin is decently pail, and I have rosacea. As for facial hair, it’s not fully developed yet although my electric shaver does leave some bumps alongside not always delivering a clean shave.
My physique I’m fine with since it’s good enough to me.
I’m also 5’6 and neurodivergent, but I’m afraid I’ll just have to work with that.
Also, my current rating is arbitrary to me, but where do you guys think my potential lies? and will that have any noticeable affect on my quality of life?
I’m sorry if this post is wordier than most. I’m not acclimated to the community in any way.

The problem is that I honestly don’t know any softmaxxes. To be honest, I don’t even know what debloating is despite it being a somewhat hot topic.

Bloating is when your face stores water leading to good features (jawline, cheekbones) looking much less defined. You can decrease bloating (debloat) by drinking a lot of water while reducing sodium and increasing potassium intake

I cant point you to a lot of good guides when it comes to softmaxxes if you'd be interested

Yeah man, any information on softmaxxes and how to perform them would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I would just look through the list of must read guides and find ones that apply to you

Some are BS but you could spend an entire day reading these and they helped me a lot personally
