So what do I do high key
Try to increase your test naturally by practicing better habits and stop gooning you look like you goon multiple times a day bro. Eat more healthy. Better sleep. Slight caloric deficit. Lifts weights

Chin recession, flat maxilla, bad frame, also get rid of the glasses. They make your IPD wide, assuming you have an heavy prescription and contacts might be expensive that’d be the last thing I suggest though.

Try styling your hair more often/ proper hair care.

It also seems like you need a palate expanded, not 100% sure because I can’t see your palate, but your jaw looks narrow.

Overall you should work on your bones more because that’s what’s holding you back.

To address your flat maxilla you can try ‘mewing,’ fillers, or midrange implants. I’m pretty sure a palate expander can also help with a flat maxilla but don’t quote me.

For your recessed chin you can get dermal fillers, do jawlines exercises, and I believe depending on if you have a problem with dental issues (assuming for the SP picture provided it looks like you may have an underbite.) orthognathic work can help with it.

For your narrow jaw you can get filler along the jaw, or masseter hypertrophy. Which is just chewing an object, like gum for example. A palate expander can also help fix this/headgear.

For the zygomatic bone you can get dermal fillers or fat grafting. Trying facial exercises or maintaining a HEALTHY weight can prevent excess fat from hiding them.

These are all non-surgical suggestions, and I hope they’re helpful. You can also find many threads on the forum that go into more detail about each of these options.

He needs lefort, Bimax and a genio
 
take off the glasses, they make your eyes look too small. debloat & take better care of your hair. either go skinnier or leaner, and shave your torso
