1A asian straight hair. Help

I'm 16M, and growing up my hair has always looked like a circle from the front with almost no volume. It looks something like this.
I dream of wavy hair, and I've always wanted hair like Romulus/Zeta, or at least something close to that.

I've wanted to try getting a perm, but I've heard it could make me go bald.

Also, I have a fairly big forehead.

perms wont make u bald
at least not permanently
but they are damaging so u need to take care of ur hair

sulfate free shampoo
& hair masks or leave in conditioners that sort of thing :3 doesnt need to be anything fancy

your best chance is to go to the barber ask for layers like a mod cut or something and then style ur hair with a texture powder & get volumizing hair shampoos
