Diet:
  • coconuts 2 nuts/day
  • rice 14 g (uncooked)/day
  • once every two weeks cheat day (meat mostly)
Had some musscle loss, better skin.
No change in hair quality.

Tips wtf can I do with my face?

Hit a shit ton of cardio and get shredded, that'll clear water retention. Try debloating methods or supplement yourself into debloating. Use minoxidil for your hair and eyebrows (also dye eyebrows and beard darker), get a better haircare routine and a better haircut (preferably a bit longer)
