Another one I hate to say this, but
  • lose fat
  • gain muscle
  • chelate/expel iron, microplastics and lower endotoxins
  • detoxify fluoride and heavy metals -diminish estrogen, serotonin and cortisol
  • increase progesterone and thyroid
  • change facial structure and restore biomechanics through braces, a partnership with an orthopedist, some postural exercises and potentially some glasses.
For the average person, it shouldn't take years, but a few months, up to a maximum of two years.

After that it's just maintenance.

Even 3 years is an exaggeration. 2 years is a long time and it is enough if things are done right from day one.

I would say 6 months of daily consistency is enough to reverse years of bad inputs.

Don't underestimate the power of one day. Let alone 90.

- Sun
- Detox + nutritious diets.
- Exercise + good posture
- Supplementation
- Mewing + chewing
- Elimination of xenoestrogens and stressors (parabens, phthalates, PFAS, insulated Blue light, nnEMF)

And you're all set.

The problem here is that we say sunbathe, but none of you do, so you look for new solutions, when it's all in the basics.

Vitamin D inhibits PTH and increases facial and skeletal bone strength, an anti-aging and beauty weapon.

a summary in a nutshell of what I learned in 2 years reading about looksmaxxing

* A diet that provides us with ALL micronutrients and fat soluble vitamins (k2 and vitamin A) similar to what Weston Price suggested.

* Consuming more milk, cheese and dairy in general to regulate the Calcium/Phosphorus ratio.

* Consume only saturated fats: lard, beef tallow, coconut oil.

* Spending more time outdoors, walking with good posture, nose breathing and more sunbathing.

* Get enough sleep, avoiding artificial blue light as much as possible.

* Gelatine, collagen and bone broth to improve our skin and bones.

* More citrus fruits high in Vitamin C and Magnesium could benefit you much more than you
think.

Is it true that milk gives you pimples? I'm thinking about leaving it for some time, I have always been drinking milk
it is a lie even milk and butter contain vitamin A something that protects us against acne, THE CAUSE should be something else in your case.
