Would love some basic beginning steps on how to look better and what I should be eating.
I’m 21 6 foot 140lbs (very skinny Ik I need to hit gym)

Get a good amount of protein,some carbs before training, otherwise diet isnt super important, you could get a multivitamin too

Obviously hop on some test

Get a good skincare routine so just start out with a moistueriser,spf 50 daily and tazarotene

Latisse is pretty much always a good looksmax,just be carefull when applying

You’re at a great starting point. Hit the gym with basic compound lifts, eat more calorie-dense foods (rice, pasta, eggs, chicken, peanut butter), and aim for plenty of protein daily. With consistency and good sleep, you’ll fill out faster than you think.
