I don’t think you should lose weight but yes there is definitely some improvements you can do softmax and hardmax to go from 5.5 to 7 maybe more.

If you are willing to plan for surgeries and research what you need to ascend and not some copemax niche surgery that can botch you then yes you can be 7/10 easily in the next coming years.

I have a pretty good idea of what you can do for softmax and surgeries but I am no expert at all just an aesthetics physical and facial enthousiast.

I have softmax already so now am just adding the surgery part into my life, I just did my 7th procedure last week and I have 4 more to do in one intervention by 2027. I am a 31 years old male so of course we are not going the same route but still I think you have a lot of potential if you do the right things
