The title is pretty much self-explanatory. pfp is not me.
My weakest areas I am working on:
slightly negative cathal tilt -> hunter eyes holds
recessed chin -> mentalis training + mewing (although not sure if it is doing anything atp)
slightly imbalanced lower jaw - literally angles to the side by ~4° ->gotta visit orthodont for consultation, nothing else I can do besides leaning out
wide jaw angle; oval face -> mastic gum ~1h a day for a wider jaw
excess skin on cheeks, which makes them look slightly bloated -> zygomatic major&minor training + cut down to ~11% bf + try to be as debloated as possible all the time
other solutions:
facial hair - very decent coverage and density; looks good, but angled lower jaw makes stubble appear so crooked it's not worth it (unless a full beard ~1cm, which my density is not good enough for yet)
Overall healthmaxxing and sleepmaxxing for clearer skin, gut, and mind
Overall, can this approach ascend one from mtn/htn to chad-lite in 12 months?
