don't feel guilty for eating 600 cals over the limit you gave yourself , if you didn't eat like shit and felt like shit physically afterwards it's ok , eating intuitively when you feel hungry isn't a bad thing

My intuition tells me to eat 10k calories of slop
if your body feels sluggish afterwards then it's never good , if you listen to your body you won't ever fall into excesses like this , you fall into excesses like this because you listen to your weak mind

is caffeine like a hard drug to you why do you post like you’re in rehab having withdrawals

yeah because calorie counting is dependent on sooo many things that numbers alone can't properly address , lifestyle is a huge part of that and it's not easily quantifiable unless you know exactly how much you burn everyday which 90% of people don't properly track , listening to how your body feels and eating healthy will give you good results because the way your body feels is backed by your lifestyle , your body will naturally have a clock and will know how much to eat depending on how active you are everyday and your habits , then it's all about how healthy your diet is

Yeah tbh when I was counting I would just get mad that I ate more than I was supposed to and end up eating more than what I would have eaten if didn’t track

I had two muffins that added up to 1130 cals but other than that I ate pretty good

Chicken and then a bunch of steak and rice with lots of water

What sources did you use to get there? several energy drinks? or coffees
Energy drinks. The ones I have are 200mg, I also have these flavored powders which are 200mg each, I would put like 2 or 3 in a big thing of water Alani-Nu-JUICY-PEACH-Energy-Sticks-Energy-Drink-Powder-200mg-Caffeine-Pre-Workout-Performance...webp
