24 really socially awkward. Trying to get in shape and not die a complete loser. Any pointers for me on what I should start with. I have fairly good skin never struggled with acne fairly good hair for my age I think not balding. Not in the best shape haven't trained much the last year (slipped disc) but looking to get back to it.
