4/3 strikes looking for copium

2/3 strikes comes from being brown and the other two from being quite short. Somehow, each school year I come to know that a girl is interested in me (16 years old). Doubt it if you want, I can’t believe it either. However I’ve never been in a relationship because we are both to pussy to initiate and most of the time I am not interested in them back.
Any possible explanations?
