Screen addiction, really? I understand if you have insomnia or something that physically stops you from sleeping. But it’s 2026, we know how to optimise sleep, we know how to stucture our days, we know when to not have caffeine, like this thread is either ragebait or mental retardation

Then keep your eyes closed, and don’t move, as long as you stay still, you’ll get slight rest, going on a device or doing something will just make it worse,

That’s just stupid tbh, but if you ever do get in this situation, just sleep for as long as possible, not sleeping will just raise cortisol
Can't do that I have work
