Im 168 cm tall or 5’6 inches at 17 years old, but my brother is 19 years old and is 6’0, so 6’0 is my max height potential ig. I have problems at sleeping, i often wake up in the night. I eat nice food but i do eat junk food, should i quit that?

Try doing something to fix your sleep quality, take HGH and check that your plates aren't closed
