I am 15 years old (December 26, 2008), my height is 169 cm, my mother is 168 cm, my father is 177, how many cm can I still grow?!
I am shorter than all my peers, their height is 171-186, I always have to look up or raise my head when I communicate with them... I am very worried that I will not grow, tell me how many centimeters will I grow?!!!

damn your peers are more then normal height I'm only 160 I woudeltn worry you seem pretty average for your age you ll prob be around 175-177cm as an adult

Start doing a daily stretching routine and lift weights 3-5 times a week. I was able to grow another 2 inches after I graduated high school by following a daily stretching routine and lifting heavy.

To be honest... I have long since come to terms with this, I am only 15 years old, but in my entire life I have not received a single compliment, all the girls refuse me. I am very glad that I learned about this and started improving my appearance at 15, but I think that for me it is already behind me, so I am ready for any surgeries. Before, when I looked worse, I was called ugly, after I started improving my appearance, at least they began to tell me that I am so-so in appearance, but I still get refusals from girls, angry words about my appearance, etc..
