5'10 75kg 20y Male - rate my face

Main concern - I have always had uneven lips and them looking weird on side profile. Tried growing beard but I look 10 years older. Is it possible to fix it/minimize that look? Also, started to grow out my hair this year since I always rocked short hair.

put on some muscle and get to <10-12% bf
your lips are also very small, it is treated by lip filler but dont get weird lips
get a wavy perm

I am actually lean but don't train. Will start training though.

Wavy perm is my goal, hence why I am letting my hair grow.

Definitely start hitting the gym, you'd be shocked the wonders it can do on your face even if you are already somewhat lean and nonetheless your body.
Honestly I would recommend dying your hair and eyebrows dark brown
Get a perm as has been stated
Get rid of glasses and buy contacts.
And you have small eyes lol
