what you can do atm though is getting in the habit of doing sports and having a good diet, eat natural foods, protein rich, magnesium rich, vitamin rich all that good stuff, and most importantly, cut out all processed sugars, maybe once a month u can eat a little (dont take this too serious if this affects your mental health, youre young its understandable)
if your diet currently consists of fruit loops and pop tarts, you will most likely not break this habit in the future, so do it asap.
