The 75 Hard challenge is a test of discipline and a way to improve yourself. You have to do 5 things everyday, and if you fail to do them you have to restart.

1. Follow a structured diet of your choice.

2. Do two 45 minute workouts, one of which will be outside.

3. Drink 1 gallon of water per day.

4. Read 10 pages of something educational.

5. Track your progress.

I am planning on applying this to my life, starting today. I will put updates in this thread.

I will be following a diet for heightmaxxing/bonemaxxing, so plenty of protein from eggs, meat, dairy products like greek yogurt and milk/colostrum, and organs. I will be avoiding processed foods and seed oils as much as possible.

I will do 45 minutes of basketball training per day as one workout and 45 minutes of dynamic stretches and sprinting or non compressing bodyweight exercises.

I will consume 1 gallon of total liquids per day of only water, milk, and fruit juice (insulin spike).

I will read the Bible, as part of my goal for this challenge is to treat others better and be a better person. I will also read studies and research papers so that I can finish writing my complete collection of all the best basic and gatekept heightmaxxes. I will also read my school study material on days I have homework or an upcoming test.

I have already been doing this, but I will continue to measure my height month to month to track the increases. I will also take progress pictures when I feel I have made progress.

A few extra things I’ll be doing:
1) Planning out my day with a to do list to keep me on track

2) Nine or more hours of sleep per night

3) Quitting explicit material completely and refraining from excessive masturbation

when I get home I’ll post a day 1 baseline.

oh and just to mention, I have been following most of this, just not every single day. Like 4 or 5 days out of the week I’ll follow this, but there is always one or two days where I don’t get enough protein, water, and/or sleep.

discipline = slavery
1. Follow a structured diet of your choice.
structured diet generally indicates restrictive
diets dont need to be restrictive or require discipline, you should WANT to eat the food if its actually nutritious and good
2. Do two 45 minute workouts, one of which will be outside.
These are ok but theres still no point in this, unless ur fat and trying to cut quicker
3. Drink 1 gallon of water per day.
0 reasoning, this is useless
4. Read 10 pages of something educational.
also 0 reasoning or logic
5. Track your progress.
what is there to progress lol? your increasing cortisol?
the rest of this post is fine Imo

Read the whole thing⬇️

As you can see, I modified this program to fit my specific goals.

discipline is how you accomplish your goals, it is slavery to yourself in order to get things done. Without discipline we would all be fat, broke, and addicted to many things.

the diet is literally just high protein from sources like eggs, meat, organs, dairy such as milk, kefir, and colostrum, as well as making sure I get plenty of d3, k2, calcium, etc. And staying away from toxic poison in the form of highly processed food.

The two 45 minute “workouts” are just stretching, walking, sprinting, and bball technique work. It may spike cortisol a bit (just the sprinting really) but I take breaks and use cortisol inhibitors anyway.

drinking water is not only good for you but also literally necessary to live, so not really sure what you mean by saying it’s useless

I’m doing my homework, reading the Bible, and working on my megathread. Seems productive to me.

I track progress in the form of how my face will get leaner, I will grow taller, etc. Before you start laughing I am still growing rapidly and my heightmaxxing routine is working well. I will grow during this period.

I am not just blindly following this program. I am actively applying these principles as well as many others on a very consistent basis, adapting and finding out what works best. The whole point of this is to keep myself accountable for doing this 7 days a week, not just 4 or 5.
