Is that a good idea ? I wanna try it i also would edit it a bit to get more electrolytes but other than that keep it the same

Very good idea for a restart, little suggestion: think of afterwards too, ie keep the mindset the challenge sets in you, keep the gym and eating habits, don't make the mistake of ending the challenge like you break some chains, good luck!!

in and of itself it's a good lifestyle
just don't buy his book or buy the app or anything LMAOO
