My hypothesis on a more easy effective and efficient way to towel pull and improve your side profile
What is Towel Pulling?: Towel pulling is a manual method in which a towel (usually small to medium-sized, like a hand towel) is used to apply forward and sometimes slightly upward pressure on the upper jaw or midface. This pressure is meant to encourage anterior (forward) movement of the maxilla over time, based on the hypothesis that facial bones can be subtly reshaped or repositioned through consistent force—much like orthodontic treatment, but in a more rudimentary and self-administered way.
(Maxilla Bone)

The most well know way to towel pull is to stand upright against a wall and to place a towel in your mouth and pull in a consecutive forward motion. (Picture shown below)

The problem with this is that it might not be as effective as most people this the reason is because it depends on how hard you pull and how long you pull and also the fact that people get tired and give up after a day of towel pulling cause their weak twinks. Towel pulling is also a long term solution to your development of your side profile, meaning this approach takes more than just a week depending on the person could take a year or a couple months to see results.
My solutions simply solves some of these problems such as a consistent flow of pressure used while towel pulling, less work for your body, get more work done while doing this method.
Items needed for my remake of towel pulling:
*Medium sized towel “should be bigger than your hand but not to big”
*Dumbbell weight 5-10-15-20 lbs “depends on how much weight you want to use for this process”
*Bed or platform where you can lay flat on your stomach
*chair or stool that can be used to hold head in place with pulling is in action “The stool is optional I don’t use the stool as I place my hand flat on the ground and make sure my head is aligned correctly with my spine:
Steps:
1. Wrap towel around dumbbell handle to the point where you have enough room the place towel on back to molars.

(I cannot stress this enough PLEASE make sure the towel is place on your back molars “Highlighted Above” to ensure consistent and accurate growth, and so your teeth don’t get fucked up in the process)
2. Lay flat on your stomach on your bed or platform make sure your head is hanging over the edge of the bed

3. Place towel with dumbbell on back molars and clench jaw tight
4. Take stool and place stool on the top of your forehead to rest your head while gravity and the weight pull your jaw downward
5. Make sure head and spine are aligned while doing this to prevent your posture to looked fucked up
6. Week 1,2 - Start with a time of around 10-15 minutes
7. Week 2,4 - increase time to around 20-30 minutes
“WATCH YOU PROGRESS” Do not abuse this just in case it overdevelops your maxilla
Starting this process will take time but my theory is that this method will have a more effective, precise and efficient method to towel pulling
(This process also uses gravity to your advantage)
“Reasons for weights” Some might ask why using Dumbbells?
A: eliminates inconsistent pressure on your maxilla
“Reasons for laying flat on stomach”
A: lets the rest of the body rest while the towel pulling method does it j*b also makes the process more bearable
Please remember this is a hypothesis and I do not know if this method is actually more effective or useful or if it even works at all I’m going to be doing this method for a couple months and will come back to this thread to update my progress
If you want to try this method please do so and comment on this thread
Please refrain for hate I Have not done that much research on towel pulling if a method like this already exists please link below.
