Being watched while I don’t know if anyone else is there

Ofc I felt observed when I’m in a public place like many ppl do but I can’t seem to relate whenever ppl talk about walking in the woods and feeling watched or being somewhere quiet etc

It’s described in many horror stories especially and they always say it like ppl can actually sense that and maybe they can sense if someone’s following u but any time I feel like someone’s looking at me it’s usually cause I can actually see them looking my way from the corner of my eye not alone in some place and I feel like some n***a is there with me
