A little hack for hollow cheeks

Buccinator mainly activates when food comes in between cheeks and molar..

So DO SMALLER BITES FOR HOLLOW CHEEKS,(for buccinator atrophy)


When I mean smaller bites I mean don't let the food come in contact with the cheeks
