honestly,
y'all are ending it in your minds quicker than it's taking for your body to naturally give you a glow up. that's me when i was 16 vs me 10 years later at 26. not only is it bf% reduction but the bones in your body fr grow and mature even in your 20s. I actually still looked like a child until i was around 22. (i didn't even take pics cause i was chopped as) my beard wasn't even fully matured yet, and still isn't! this was all without maxxing btw. Some of you may mature early, (and peak too soon) and some of you may mature later like me, hate it but eventually the day will come where it clicks and find yourself looking young for someone pushing 30. (and no im not saying i look amazing or whatever i still hate myself but i do have some self awareness) you all want to look amazing now but sometimes time is what really gives you the extra edge. so just take it a little easy on yourselves. because sometimes the slowest one wins the race or whatever, imagine peaking at 19 or something and having to live the rest of your years degrading.

alrighty bye bye then

Great progress from 16 - 26, but you could've progressed way more if you had started looksmaxxing back then, you could be a 9+/10 right now. But you're a solid 6 out of 10, which is still above average. And this comment you've put on yourself 'i still hate myself' is very unhealthy. If you ever feel like trying to increase your confidence, then drop to sub 8% body fat, debloat and train your facial muscles. Have a good day.
