Look, the main takeaway from the video is that if you want to date high-level women, you have to stop being lazy and get out of the house.

The guy basically says that even if you’ve got your career and your fitness in check, you’re probably still striking out on nines and tens because you're relying too much on the convenience of modern life—like dating apps or just hoping to run into someone at the grocery store.

He calls clubs and lounges a necessary evil. He knows they can be annoying and superficial, but he compares them to doing cardio or eating your vegetables—you don't have to love it, you just have to do it to get the results you want.

His logic is that women usually don't want to date guys from their gym or their job because if things go south, it makes their daily life awkward. They’d rather meet someone "off-brand" at a lounge where they never have to see him again if it doesn't work out.

His advice is pretty straightforward: once you're done with work and the gym, force yourself to go out for two hours a day. He suggests using apps like Eventbrite to find comedy shows or "grown and sexy" lounges so you aren't just stuck at home.

He also has zero sympathy for guys who stay on the couch and then ask their friends to hook them up with their girlfriend's friends—his point is that if you want the prize, you have to do the field work yourself.

if I was a man I wouldnt date a woman who is careful by chosing a man she can ghost easily if things go wrong.
I would want the woman that is instead careful by moving slow into the relationship, who starts with friendship, doesnt give her body or time easily until she knows things wont easily go south.
