Stomach Vacuums
Stomach Vacuums are a type of exercise focused on strengthening the Inner Core Muscles, particularly the transversus abdominis (TVA), which is the deepest layer of abdominal muscles. This exercise is used to make the waist smaller.
To perform the exercise simply exhale fully and suck in your stomach as much as possible.
Repeat this for a total of 1 minute daily, preferably with an empty stomach.
