i feel bad, i’m with friends and it’s obvious that i feel gloomy i don’t wanna make the mood sour but i already have and i feel awful for it, mostly bc im ruining their time out
i just looked so bad in the pic my friend took of me i’ve just been on the verge of tears
im in the bathroom i feel like i just can’t cheer up

I feel you, but rn try to focus on hanging out with your friends, ignore the pic you guys took and enjoy the rest of your night (or day idk)
belittling yourself constantly is always going to impact your mood no matter where you go, it's easier said than done but try to stay positive

when you have alone time focus on looks more so you have a clearer head space. personally it's hard for me to stay motivated when it comes to looksmaxxing when I'm always surrounded by girls that are "prettier" than me
but don't put yourself down for this you're definitely not the only person that looks "bad" in group pics
