I know this thread will be water for most of us here but I think that’s what caused my skin to slightly texture at 18.

Methods to increase collagen synthesis after caffeine damage include Tretinoin, Tazarotene (more potent than Tret), dermastamps, taking collagen supplements, and bone broth (better than collagen supplements due to it containing a bioavailable form of collagen).

Potential side effects of said methods to repair collagen though:

-Taz and Tret can nuke your fat pads (did mine) for some people, especially avoid putting around your eyes ideally (learnt the hard way). Your skin can be more prone to sun damage without sunscreen protection along with dry skin.

-Dermastamps can cause a build up of scar tissue, especially if done incorrectly along with dry skin and sun damage sensitivity (use sunscreen).

-Effectiveness of collagen supplements will be less potent compared to the other methods.

-Bone broth has no down sides, have fun with it (of course I glazed it, I love that shit, can help other aspects of your health as well).

That’s all folks, thought I’d contribute to this forum a change lol. Not necessarily saying you should completely cut caffeine if you need it to get through the day, but ideally reduce the amount of it. Cutting it out completely is even better of course.

Good thing I never really got into it I think diet and lifestyle is a better replacement than caffeine
