Yeah definitely start with 1. If you start with 0.5 your body will break it down really quick and it will look the same as before, when you get filler for the first time the body breaks off down way quicker, if you get it a few times it stays longer. Make sure you get a really good and qualified injector aswell.

I have 2ml and it still looks very natural but it depends on your lip size and shape, and your injectors technique a lot. (Overlined a bit in this photo as well)
