My dentist told me I needed to get a maxillofacial x-ray and I don't know if this means my bite is deviated.

they're checking your bite and jaw alignment, it doesn't necessarily mean your bite is deviated

I thought about it, and above all I realized that one side of my face might be more prominent than the other.
So that shit make me thinking about that

yeah they usually ask for scans before starting any treatment just to be sure if it's really needed
