anyways im 15, female, 5’3, and 110lbs and have pretty prominent abs and my build is kind of muscular but leaning towards more lean.
my abs kind of are more out than the rest of my stomach like my stomach isn’t completely flat when i turn to the side and it bugs me. i can see where the muscle is and stuff like im not fat at all but its still kind of protruding? (idk what words to use sorry)
my ribs are slightly flared so i wonder if that’s what it’s from but then idk what to do to fix it
and i don’t really want to have to get rid of my abs or anything but if that’s the only way then oh well
