Need help with my body composition

I’m skinny fat and like 18-20% bodyfat. My ribs are showing, but my stomach still has noticeable fat on it, no abs or anything. I’m 6’1 160 pounds. Will a 6 week aggressive cut get me lean enough do I can start lean bulking without worrying about fat gain?

im not the expert but to me it just sounds like u need to start hitting the gym no matter what, cut or not

Yeah I’m 2 months in, good strength gains and stretch marks so Im doing a good job I think but the muscle growth isn’t visible

Try to get to 15% bf, no need to do a drastic cut just eat in a deficit for a few weeks. Hitting the gym and lifting weights while stabilizing your core will def help.
 
What deficit would you recommend?
A diet mainly consisting of meat, vegetables, eggs and legumes. I kinda had the chance to have a fast metabolism so I never had that problem of having too much bf%. You can track what you eat and see if it’s below your deficit. However, hitting the gym should help you get to a more aesthetic bf% since you’re building muscle and getting leaner, just finished writing this part for my guide. So hitting the gym is def a priority if you haven’t yet.

Hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week and eat 1.8-2.2g of protein per kg of body weight and also make sure you always have healthy fats in your diets so you don't crash hormones

Great advice but I’ve been doing this, I already know about the basics and I have a good split and train proper.

My biggest issue is whether I should aggressive cut, long term cut, maingain, or lean bulk. I feel like a long term cut and maingaining are pointless and Im in that position where idk if an aggresive cut would get me lean or if it’d just make me a smaller version of skinny fat, but lean bulking would only end up making me like 22% body fat when I finish

Cut 22% body fat is death tier
