Accutane or Trentoin for clear skin and getting rid of hyperpigmentation

I want to start taking Accutane my skin is not bad at all but I just want flawless skin with an Accutane nose but I also desperately want to get rid of my hyperpigmentation I have a smile scratch on my face that looks like a smile line from the hyperpigmentation anybody who has had experience with either lmk
