i started tazarotene instead of tret, might be better to use tret than Accutane if acne isnt that serious and you havent tried anything yet otherwise Accutane all the way

tretinoin is topical accutane. not nearly as strong as the oral medication.

accutane is a pretty serious drug, so typically recommended for people battling cystic acne. those bad under the skin welts. if you don’t have severe acne you might want to reconsider. it comes with a laundry list of side effects. if you’re willing to experience it, accutane would be worth your time for proper skin “regeneration”.

Accutane shuts down oil production, tretinoin does not.

tretinoin works well for exfoliation and inflammation, not for shutting down sebum production or antibacterial properties.

Accutane is for resistant acne. Tretinoin is for milder skin concerns and maintenance.
