depends on the person, buts temp. Itll "grow back" once you stop taking accutane

Accutane works wonders for your skin but it didn't do anything for my nose, although I don't have a big nose to begin with. Hydrocortisone won't do anything either. If your nose is really a big issue just get surgery at that point or cope.
