Just constant uudd, trying to maintain it all times, also, I made sure to stretch my eyebrows down to prevent my eyebrows from going up which is what a lot of people said it will do, it took me about a month and a half to reach hooding with uudd, and 2 months and a week to reach hooding at neutral
I also used to sometimes pull my eyebrow down or keep it still when doing uudd, and it provided more upper eyelid hiding or smth like that
