Acne and asymmetry

Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get rid of acne that’s on on my forehead I’ve tried everything and yes I do have a nighttime and morning skincare routine. And on of my eyes is smaller that the other any tips on fixing it x THANK YOU!!

Accutane or tretinoin for acne , also it could be your diet and sleep schedule. For eyes idk maybe surgery or sum.

Thank you for my eyes one eye is always swollen but it’s not that bad but if you look at me long enough you’d realize that I’m a bit young for surgery rn so I’ll just wait a bit THANK YOU THO
