acne and pimple problems

I'm on adapalene 0.1% and BPO 2.5%
it will take quite a few weeks though

Getting appointments is very difficult in my country. That medication isn't available without a prescription. Do you have any other suggestions? I use sunscreen daily. it's a habit etc.? Or another over-the-counter medication?

Get it from indiamart without prescription
