I’ve been struggling with acne on my entire face and I’m not sure what products I should be using. Any recommendations, I currently use byoma but pretty much just the starter kit.

Moisturizer (I use pond's, v liberal amt)
SPF (don't remember, i use cheapest one)

Acne went down for me when I lost weight as well

I’m a man and I’ve tried a bunch of different products, but I currently use Byoma cleanser and brightening serum, some random moisturizer I’ll check when I’m back home, and spf 30 sunscreen.

I may have cystic acne I’m not really sure tbh, I have a couple bigger pimples and a lot of smaller looking bumps near my cheek/jaw

if u have cystic i highly recommend speaking to a derm who might recommend u similar,

smaller looking bumps may be to razor burn(?) if u exfoliate before and lotion after shaving it will not be that big of a problem

Here is what have worked for me. If its that serious as in its numerous and leaving behind ice pick or rolling acne scars, definitely go see a dermatologist and have them prescribe you with either clindamycin, erythromycin, or even Accutane if its really that bad.

If going to see a dermatologist is not a good option and you still want to go off the counter, there is a online skin product company that sells raw ingredients I would recommend. Two companies both sell something called ceramide complex, it has an active ingredient called phytosphingosine in it that might help reduce the inflammation and disrupt the bacteria responsible for your inflamed acne.

The ceramide complex is supposed to be a raw ingredient you mix into your own DIY lotions, but I actually use it as spot treatment. The active ingredient phytosphingosine really helped reduce the inflammation for some of the inflamed acne lesions and cause them to form a head and come out quicker and heal quicker. Highly recommended. Good Luck!

ive had acne since I was 8 heres what u should use:
Cerave acne shower cleanser
On the spot acne treatment cream Neutorgena
Salicylic acid
Moisturizer
Facial SPF u can get some that helps with acne
Try to use Salicylic acid based products and ALWAYS check the ingredients for every product u use Ingredient Checker
Also dont stress ur skin out it can worsen ur acne, increase skin sensitivity and worsen ur aging n everything b dont fall for trends
Remember to take breaks after u develop a routine
Routine basics in order(for mornings):
1. Cleanser
2. Toner(is rlly good if u have uneven skin and moisturizer doesn’t hydrate ur face enough)
3. Serums
4. Moisturizer
5. SPF
