Clogged comedones and acne scarring
Go to a derm and find out if you need spirinolactone or tretinoin
You can get laser treatments from a certified esthetician to help the scarring
In the mean time use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser, a moisturizer and sunscreen
and eat a healthy diet

do you have any moisturizers that would be good in mind ?

looks like closed comedones, acne scars, and a damaged skin barrier. Don't worry, I had this problem but I went to a dermatologist, don't waste time on trying 388939483949 different skin care products, it will stress out your skin. I really recommend the la roche posay moisturizer, its a neutral moisturizer good for all skin types. i recommend tretinoin it works wonders; if you go on it use cicaplast baume 5. i recommend double cleansing to really get through the pores, seems like you have blackheads. Cetaphil cleanser is a pretty solid cleanser tho

u seem to have clogged comedones and a damaged skin barrier. visit a dermatologist if possible and find skincare which fits your skin type. you could try and use Zein Obagi acne control as a faster solution cuz i had same problem on my forehead and it helped me, but be very mindful with it cause i overdid it and skin barrier was fucked and skin was literally peeling off, so wouldn’t recommend it

It's possibly hormones , and your diet at the most. If nothing really works after the next year or so of these changes in diet. Isotretinoin would work the best but low-mid dosages so you can circumnavigate and distance yourself from depression.

Yeah honestly i think it’s hormonal because i have a decent diet, workout, run, and it just suddenly popped out of nowhere

Recently been breaking out with acne all over my face never really done any intense skin care just your typical cetaphil cleanser and a beef tallow moisturizer.

I need help on what to do, or better skin care products to get rid of acne
unless you have some kind of genetic defect that causes you severe acne i dont think you should use skin care. These skin care companies dont have the same main goal that you do. What will happen is, your skin will become dependant on these creams and supplements, youll be forced to buy more of their products and they wont go bankrupt due to your acne being permanently removed. Just eat well, sleep well, dont touch ur face w dirty hands, wash your face often, don sleep in dirty sheets, dont wear dirty clothes.

Do not leave soap on your face. After youve washed your face, dont wipe off the soap bubbles with a towel. There will still be a thin invisible layer of soap on ur skin which will cause u to break out. You need to scrub the soap off with water or simply dont use it/use unscented soap.

Some shampoo/conditioners can be bad for your skin. You said you recently started breaking out even though you hadnt before. Perhaps you tried a new hair product and your skin responded to that? If so get a better shampoo/conditioner.

Acne is easier than people realize! Natural one ingredient products/soaps oils

Benzonite- AZTEC CLAY MASK mixed with vinegar heals my hormonal period acne literally overnight. I’ve been doing it for years, apply a natural light oil after the mask so skin isn’t over dried, and if u have lots of bacteria/sea bum in skin mix activated charcoal into the mask, it makes it even more effective

Leave to dry 100% wash off then apply oil
