Actually the worst start to a day you could ever have

The worst start is you waking up, and before doing anything else like a change of clothes, washing your face or making up your room, you reach for your phone or laptop immediately and just enter rot mode

From that singular moment, you know the entire day is ruined and you basically just give up and do the whole

"I'll do it tomorrow / Monday / random made up milestone"

I always make sure to at least go on a morning run before touching my phone

I try reading 100 pages of a fantasy novel minimum

By then I'm already hooked on the book and my mind isn't lusting for cheap imagery like some monkey

15 minutes stationary bike too but that's more of a nice way to get my body "active" before starting the day if you know what I mean ( exercise kills the grogginess )

That's why i power off my phone
 
time moves so fast in the morning by the time the clock hits 3pm the day is completely over
