It depends if you get the extended release or instant release, I had IR and it usually lasted 5-6 hours

yes take it on an empty stomach it lasts 12h for me but im at the peak of usage which is the first months im taking 30mg

first 3h are the best

but it fucks up my sleep so i recommend exercising at the end of the day
