I don't have a grip on really anything that I need to get taken care of like really important shit, I do know what I need to do and how to tackle it, I just can't do the action.

I was in therapy for a few years however the medication escitalopram my therapist had me taking didn't really help and it made it significantly harder for me to focus in short term standings and it made me severely depressed along with those significantly nuking my education.

I'm considering going back into therapy, no longer depressed or as much. Telling my therapist what I'm struggling with and hopefully getting on a medication that could help me.

I was diagnosed with ADHD a while ago.
I wonder what it's like for a perfectly NT person to go through normal life. It must be amazing.
